Fresh and mineral, Clarisse has vinified it with real skill, giving it a lovely roundness and generous appeal.
Clarisse de Suremain comes from a winemaking family, but did not inherit a family domaine. That did not stop her: passion took over and she turned to viticulture through a small, meticulously curated négociant activity.
Inspired by her uncle Éric de Suremain, who has farmed biodynamically for thirty years, and by many encounters and friendships along the way, she has built a wealth of experience that complements her natural talent.
Since 2019, she has been cultivating her own parcels in Burgundy under organic farming, supplementing her production with carefully sourced grapes from Chablis.
The Chablis 2023 is defined by its purity, precision and freshness, reflecting Clarisse de Suremain's non-interventionist approach.
This wine pairs wonderfully with seafood, fish such as salmon or tuna, and our Burgundian cheeses.
