This week's selection
Our tasting evening devoted to Alsace Pinot Noir reminded us that Burgundy is not the only place where Pinot can excel. Under Annabelle Braun, the eleventh generation at the helm, Domaine Camille Braun makes wines of remarkable elegance, and we have secured a small allocation.
That said, Pinot remains Burgundian at heart! Discover the new vintages from Château de Chamilly, an essential name in Mercurey, and the wines of Domaine de Villaine, including a few older vintages released by Pierre de Benoist in very limited quantities. Some cuvées are reserved for Confrérie members online and remain available in the shop. This week’s gem? Léon Quintier’s Crème de Cassis, pressed the traditional way on a ratchet press.
