Our wine shop, Les Clos Vivants, is unlike any other. Not because it holds more than a thousand references in wines and spirits, but because every bottle that comes through our doors has a story to tell.

Each one speaks of its terroir and the winemaker's expertise, from the confidential cuvée available only on allocation to the finest quality for price ratio bottles for your most memorable occasions.

The Week's Selection is the translation of this invisible work of curation: a few carefully chosen bottles, shaped by the season, the vintage and the instinct of a Maître Caviste.

Nestled in the heights of Meursault, this discreet domaine is one of those addresses we are proud to champion. Our proximity to the Burgundy vineyards gives us privileged relationships with the growers, allowing us to offer very fine cuvées at accessible prices, despite often confidential volumes.

The 2023 vintage marks a real turning point at the domaine, with the arrival of Renaud Santiard as technical director. A shift already perceptible in the wines: depth, complexity, the refinement so typical of the Blagny sector, brought to a new level by an even more precise élevage.

And for the first time, we have managed to secure a few cases of the rare red from this sector, a Blagny 1er Cru. First come, first served.

Every day in the shop, two tasting workshops open to all: the Chardonnay Masterclass at 4pm and the Pinot Noir Masterclass at 5pm.

Glass in hand, you explore 4 wines from independent producers, from village appellations to Grand Cru, discovering what makes the Climats de Bourgogne so singular, a UNESCO World Heritage site. A historical reading of terroirs, classifications, and the hallmarks of great Burgundy wines.
