A rosé of fine elegance, mingling fresh red fruit with citrus notes and a mineral edge.
Méditerranée Rosé 2023, Figuière
Situated at La Londe-les-Maures, facing the Îles d'Hyères, the Figuière domaine cultivates its vineyards in organic farming on schistose soils bathed in maritime influences. This proximity to the Mediterranean brings freshness, finesse and salinity to the domaine's wines, in a style that is always precise and elegant.
This Méditerranée Rosé 2023 is made principally from Grenache, completed by Cinsault and Syrah according to the vintage blend. The colour is pale and luminous, with delicately salmon-tinged reflections. The nose opens to notes of fresh red fruit, grapefruit and white peach, lifted by a subtle floral touch. On the palate, the attack is lively and tense, supported by fine freshness and a silky texture. The finish, clean and lightly saline, prolongs the wine's elegance.
Vinified to preserve the purity of the fruit and the natural freshness of the grape varieties, this rosé embodies a refined Mediterranean style, direct and digestible, free from any heaviness.
Best enjoyed from now for its balance and vivacity.
Food pairings: Provençal cuisine, grilled fish, summer salads, roasted vegetables, light grills. Serve at 8–10°C.
