Bas-Armagnac Domaine de la Boubée 1985 Francis Darroze is a mature eau-de-vie from a notable vintage, aged with patience according to the artisanal tradition of the Darroze house.
Distilled in a traditional Armagnac still and long matured in oak casks, this Bas-Armagnac offers a deep and harmonious expression of its terroir. The nose is intense and elegant, marked by notes of dried fruits, prune, caramel, cocoa and noble wood, accompanied by subtle spice. The palate is full, silky and beautifully integrated, revealing great aromatic richness, velvety texture and remarkable balance.
The finish is long, warm and persistent, tinged with finesse. A great Armagnac for tasting, distinguished and authentic, for lovers of mature and elegant eaux-de-vie.
