Alsace Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Furstentum 2023 from Domaine Weinbach is a cuvée of rare aromatic intensity and elegance, born from one of the region's most prestigious terroirs. Located in Kientzheim, the Grand Cru Furstentum enjoys ideal south-easterly exposure and marly-limestone soils that favour the ripeness of the variety whilst preserving freshness and complexity.
The 2023 vintage offers a Gewurztraminer both expressive and well-balanced. The nose opens with enchanting aromas of rose, lychee and gentle spices, joined by notes of exotic fruits and a honeyed touch. On the palate, the ample, silky texture accords with a delicate tension that brings purity and length. The elegant, persistent finish reveals the depth and nobility of the Furstentum terroir.
