Crafted from carefully selected parcels and tended in respect of natural balance, this wine reflects the elegance and precision that define the Faller family's work.
The nose opens onto delicate notes of white flowers, ripe citrus and stone fruits, lifted by a touch of wet stone characteristic of granitic soils. On the palate, the frame is straight and pure, sustained by a mineral tension that extends the wine and gives it a vibrant energy. The finish, salivating and persistent, speaks of a great white wine of balance and harmony.
This wine pairs beautifully with grilled fish, noble shellfish or a spring vegetable risotto.
