Old-vine Syrah from granite slopes, dark fruits and pepper with a structured, powerful frame built for the cellar.
Alain Voge was among the first to plant vines on the heights of Cornas, around the Chapel of Saint-Pierre-aux-liens, convinced that these granitic slopes at 400 metres altitude would deliver the freshness and finesse needed for a great wine.
This is the domaine's oldest cuvée, created in the 1970s to express the family's oldest vineyards. The vines sit at the heart of the appellation. It is the true signature of the house.
