Springbank 15 Years Old is a prestigious Scottish single malt produced in Campbeltown by Springbank, an independent family institution recognised for its complete artisanal production process (on-site malted barley, double distillation, traditional ageing). This expression exemplifies the mastery of long maturation and the profound aromatic intensity that characterises the finest Springbank malts.
Aged 15 years in a carefully selected combination of bourbon and sherry casks, this single malt develops remarkable aromatic complexity and a supple balance between power and refinement. Bottled at optimal strength without chill filtration, it retains the full natural richness of its maturation.
On the nose, Springbank 15 Years unfolds with deep aromas of ripe fruit, accented by spicy notes, honey, woody vanilla and citrus zest, followed by a subtle saline maritime character typical of Campbeltown. The whole is wrapped in a delicate smoky note, a subtle signature of the distillery.
On the palate, the texture is round and generous, carried by flavours of rich caramel, dried fruits, sweet spices, dark chocolate and toasted wood, with refined salinity that brings vibrant balance.
