From the sun-facing slope of Bollenberg, this 2024 Riesling reveals the precision and honesty of Agathe Bursin's approach. The calcareous and marl-sandstone soils bring the wine a saline tension and remarkable mineral expression.

The nose unfolds notes of ripe lemon, white flowers and wet stone. The palate is straight and pure, combining freshness with body and a beautiful crystalline length. The balance between acidity and texture marks a vibrant wine of real drinkability.
