Châteauneuf-du-Pape Télégramme 2023 Vieux Télégraphe

Télégramme is the most immediate and charming expression of domaine Vieux Télégraphe, drawn mainly from the young vines of Plateau de La Crau. The 2023 vintage produces a wine of remarkable fruit purity, in a particularly harmonious style: the nose mingles fresh raspberry, ripe cherry and a whisper of soft spices, lifted by a floral note typical of the sands and rolled pebbles of this emblematic terroir.

On the palate, the texture is supple, juicy, carried by a Grenache touched delicately by the sun but never heavy. The balance between gourmandise and freshness is striking, with fine tannins that are perfectly melted. The clean, lifted finish evokes garrigue and warm stone, recalling the domaine's signature.

A Châteauneuf-du-Pape ideal for relatively early drinking, whilst possessing a nice ageing potential of 6 to 8 years. Perfect with roasted poultry, herb-roasted lamb or fragrant Mediterranean cooking.
