One of our favourite cuvées in this category. The fruit-forward character and refined structure make this an ideal wine for sunny afternoons, from Domaine de la Janasse.
A best-seller in its category. Those who have tasted it understand why: the beautiful terroirs of rolled pebbles over red clay, isolated by the Sabon family, sit in the finest valleys of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region and produce a remarkable wine.
Intense fruit character, marked by notes of prune and fig, with black pepper and liquorice that perfectly balance the wine.
The vines are cultivated without pesticide or insecticide, and all fertiliser is of natural origin. The soil is worked without herbicide to maintain aeration and soil structure.
25% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 25% Mourvèdre, 25% Carignan
