A best-selling cuvée in its class. Those who have tasted it know why: the exceptional pebble and red clay terroirs isolated by the Sabon family sit in the finest valleys of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region and yield a remarkable wine.
Great intensity of fruit, marked by notes of prunes and figs, with black pepper and liquorice that perfectly balance the wine.
The vines are cultivated without pesticides or insecticides, and fertiliser is entirely natural. The soil is worked without herbicides to maintain its aeration and suppleness.
25% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 25% Mourvèdre, 25% Carignan
