Crafted by Maison M, this Reine des Prés liqueur pays tribute to an emblematic plant of wild meadows, harvested at the peak of its bloom to preserve all of its aromatic finesse. The house works in an artisanal spirit, with slow macerations that draw out the floral delicacy and vegetal freshness without excessive sweetness.
The nose reveals subtle notes of white flowers, light honey and fresh herbs. On the palate, the attack is soft and fragrant, marked by a lovely floral expression, then evolves towards a more herbaceous sensation, almost lightly vanilla touched, with an elegant and lingering finish.
Ideal as a digestif, slightly chilled, it also pairs beautifully with a dry white wine lengthened with a dash of liqueur, a prosecco, or a floral cocktail. It can also elevate a yellow fruit dessert or a panna cotta.
