Maison M's Sapinette is an artisanal liqueur inspired by mountain traditions, crafted from carefully selected young fir shoots and macerated to extract all their resinous freshness. The house favours gentle methods and precise balance between sugar and aromatic intensity, preserving the authenticity of the plant material.
The nose immediately evokes the forest: fresh needles, resin, sap and a subtly citric touch. On the palate, the attack is round and indulgent, then the character becomes more lively, almost tonic, carried by balsamic notes and a noble slight bitterness on the finish that brings length and freshness.
Best enjoyed chilled as a digestif, over ice, or lengthened with a splash of sparkling water for an original aperitif. It also lends itself to forest-inspired cocktails and pairs beautifully with dark chocolate desserts or pastries with dried fruits.
