Le Gin du Mont Blanc from Distillerie Saint Gervais is an artisanal high-altitude gin, crafted in the heart of the Alps from carefully selected local botanicals.
The nose is fresh and pure, marked by precise juniper notes, alpine herbs and subtle floral and citrus touches, evoking the crisp mountain air. The palate is clean, crystalline and well-balanced, offering beautiful tension, clear aromatic character and silky texture.
The finish is long, fresh and delicately spiced, with a very elegant mineral sensation. A gin of terroir and freshness, ideal served as a pure gin tonic or in refined cocktails that showcase its alpine character.
