Its 45% abv lends an intense structure and rare depth, while preserving the elegance that defines the house's artisanal craft.
The nose is complex and expressive, weaving together notes of bitter herbs, citrus zest, gentle spices and balsamic touches. On the palate, the attack is powerful and structured, carried by a fine bitterness balanced by a subtle roundness. The whole evolves towards spicy and slightly resinous nuances, with a long, warming and lingering finish.
