Fresh and delicate, with strawberry, citrus and floral notes. A precise and elegant Provence rosé from Figuière, thoroughly enjoyable.
Méditerranée Rosé 2023 from Figuière
Figuière is based in La Londe-les-Maures, facing the Îles d'Hyères, where the domaine tends its vines under organic farming on schistous soils kissed by Mediterranean influences. This proximity to the sea brings freshness, finesse and salinity to Figuière's wines, always marked by precision and elegance.
This Méditerranée Rosé 2023 is made primarily from Grenache, with Cinsault and Syrah completing the blend according to the vintage composition. The colour is pale and luminous, with delicately salmon-tinted glints. The nose opens on fresh red fruit, grapefruit and white peach, lifted by a subtle floral note. On the palate, the attack is lively and taut, supported by lovely freshness and silky texture. The finish is clean and gently saline, prolonging the wine's elegance.
Vinified to preserve fruit purity and the natural freshness of the varieties, this rosé embodies a fine, linear Mediterranean style, straightforward and digestible, free of any heaviness.
Drink now for its balance and vibrancy.
Food pairing: Provençal cooking, grilled fish, summer salads, roasted vegetables, light grills. Serve at 8–10°C.
