A finely crafted Chenin Blanc from The Sadie Family, precise and mineral.
Skurfberg is made from Chenin Blanc cultivated over 2.1 hectares between Clanwilliam and Lamberts Bay across three parcels.

Following hand-harvest, fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and each parcel is vinified separately in barrel.

Ageing lasts 12 months for each of the three parcels, then the lots are assembled and aged for a further 6 months.
