Description

Skurfberg est élaboré à partir de Chenin Blanc, cultivé sur 2,1 hectares entre Clanwilliam et Lamberts Bay sur trois parcelles.

Après les vendanges manuelles, la fermentation se produit spontanément avec les levures indigènes et chaque parcelle est vinifiée séparément en tonneaux.

L’élevage dure 12 mois pour chacune des trois parcelles puis les jus sont assemblés et élevés pendant 6 mois de plus.
