The Anjou Blanc Sables de la Gagnerie 2024 from Domaine du Matin Calme is a pure and vibrant Chenin Blanc, born on the light sands and schists of southern Angers, in the heart of Anjou.
This wine expresses with brilliance the saline freshness and mineral tension typical of this terroir. The nose opens onto notes of juicy pear, quince and white flowers, lifted by a subtle touch of citrus and flint stone.
On the palate, the wine is ample and crystalline, perfectly balanced by a straight and energetic acidity. The finish, long and salivating, leaves an impression of purity and brightness.
