Faithful to the spirit of traditional Jura wines, the domaine perpetuates ancestral craftsmanship while pursuing precision, balance, and terroir expression.
This Tradition cuvée rests on the typical blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin. The Chardonnay is vinified with topping up, bringing freshness and roundness, while a portion of Savagnin is aged under voile, conferring the wine its characteristic oxidative notes. This subtle balance between tension and complexity makes Tradition an ideal introduction to the world of Jura wines.
The nose expresses itself through aromas of dried fruits, walnut, ripe apple, and light buttery notes, accompanied by a touch of spice. The palate is ample and structured, with good substance, well-integrated freshness, and a persistent finish marked by salinity and the typical nuances of Savagnin.
