Produced by Gilles Joannet, this liqueur celebrates the pêche de vigne, an ancient variety cultivated in Burgundy, prized for its coloured flesh and aromatic intensity. Fruit harvested at perfect ripeness is slowly macerated to extract its full richness while preserving the natural freshness of the peach.
The nose reveals gourmand aromas of ripe peach, stone fruit and a delicate floral touch. The attack on the palate is round and juicy, marked by the generosity of the fruit, supported by fine acidity that balances the sweetness. The finish is harmonious and persistent, with delicate notes of almond and yellow fruits.
