Crafted by the Gilles Joannet house, this liqueur showcases the blackberry of Burgundy, a wild fruit with deep and generous aromas. The berries are selected at full maturity and slowly macerated to extract their complete aromatic richness, in keeping with an artisanal tradition rooted in the region.
The nose opens onto intense notes of fresh blackberry, black fruit preserve and a light floral touch. On the palate, the attack is ample and indulgent, dominated by juicy, ripe fruit, supported by fine freshness that balances the natural sweetness. The finish is persistent, delicately spiced, with a slightly tart edge that brings relief and elegance.
Savour it chilled as a digestif, as a kir with an Aligoté or Burgundy crémant, or to enhance a chocolate dessert, panna cotta or red fruit sorbet.
