Guignolet de Bourgogne Gilles Joannet is an artisanal liqueur steeped in tradition, crafted from carefully selected morello cherries and made in accordance with time-honoured Burgundian methods.
The nose is expressive and generous, marked by notes of ripe morello cherry, stone fruit and gentle spicy undertones. The palate is full, supple and well-balanced, delivering a lovely fruit intensity carried by a controlled sweetness and an elegant hint of bitterness. The finish is long, indulgent and lingering, leaving a refined sensation of intense red fruit.
A liqueur of character and authenticity, ideal as a digestif, in cocktails, or alongside chocolate and red fruit desserts.
