Crafted in the heart of Burgundy by the Gilles Joannet house, this Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) highlights the traditional blackcurrant variety, renowned for its aromatic concentration and natural freshness. The berries are harvested at peak ripeness and then undergo a slow maceration to extract the full intensity of the fruit, following a rigorous regional expertise.
The nose is powerful and expressive, dominated by aromas of fresh blackcurrant, buds, and ripe black fruits.
