Potimarron Fumé Atelier 27db is an original and gastronomic craft beverage, made from roasted pumpkin worked with remarkable mastery of smoke.
The nose immediately evokes roasted squash, delicate woody notes and a deep, almost autumnal vegetal touch. The palate is full, textured and well-balanced, carried by a natural sweetness perfectly counterbalanced by fine and elegant smoke, never overwhelming. The finish is long, warm and savoury. A singular and bold creation, ideal as an aperitif, paired with vegetable-based cuisine, smoked dishes or as a gastronomic alcohol-free alternative.
