A red from the South of elegant restraint, with aromas of garrigue and red fruits. Clos des Centenaires produces this pure Cinsault from vines rooted in rolled pebbles beneath the Mediterranean sun.

Luc Baudet is one of the most thoughtful vignerons of his region, and we have followed his work closely for more than twenty years, since his talented years at Mas Neuf.

This cuvée of pure Cinsault comes from an exceptional parcel composed of rolled pebbles cradled by the Mediterranean climate.

On the palate, notes of wild strawberry, ripe and balanced, emerge alongside fresh touches of basil, liquorice, and flowers.

A cuvée that pairs beautifully with lamb shank in reduced shallots, for instance.
