Luc Baudet is one of the most inspired winemakers of his region, and we have known him well for more than 20 years, following his work with great talent at Mas Neuf.
This pure Cinsault cuvée comes from an exceptional parcel, composed of smooth stones cradled by the Mediterranean climate.
Tasting reveals notes of wild strawberry, fully ripe, balanced by very fresh notes of basil, liquorice and flowers.
A cuvée perfect for accompanying, for example, a piece of lamb with candied shallots.
