In Languedoc, where Burgundian and southern influences meet, the cuvée « L'Enclos » from Anne Gros & Jean-Paul Tollot distinguishes itself through careful origins: from young Pinot Noir vines planted on clay-limestone soil, these few parcels sheltered by a protective enclosure develop a remarkably precise expression.

The 2024 vintage continues this direction: a clear garnet shifting to luminous purple, a nose of dark cherry, ripe raspberry, sweet spices, and a hint of garrigue herbs. On the palate, the attack is lively, the structure elegant, the tannins delicate yet present, carried by fine minerality that holds the wine together. The style embodies a balance between Burgundian finesse and Languedoc generosity.
