Le Dernier Carré 2018 from Clos Cancaillaü is a sweet wine of rare elegance, born on the sun-drenched slopes of the Pyrenean foothills. Made primarily from Petit Manseng harvested late, it expresses all the aromatic richness and freshness typical of fine Jurançon.

The nose opens onto intense notes of candied pineapple, mango and dried apricot, accompanied by acacia honey and soft spices. On the palate, the liqueur is sumptuous, balanced by a lively, salivating acidity that extends the finish without heaviness.

A wine for quiet contemplation, at once rich, vibrant and precise, perfect alongside foie gras mi-cuit, blue cheese or a dessert built around exotic fruits.
