Roussanne can be temperamental, particularly in its early years. This is why the vineyard selected by Luc Baudet is among the oldest in the appellation, commanding respect on tasting.
Fresh notes, recalling lime blossom and citrus, are completed by beautifully noble oak. The palate achieves magnificent balance between ample texture and very sapid minerality.
