Roussanne can be temperamental, especially in its youth. That's why Luc Baudet selected one of the appellation's oldest vineyards, a choice that commands respect on the palate.

Fresh notes recall linden blossom and citrus, complemented by elegant oak. The palate balances ample texture with a very savoury minerality.
