A pure and sculpted altitude white, marrying citrus, stone fruits and fine minerality in a rounded, elegant palate.
Ventoux Altineo Blanc 2025 Domaine de Fondrèche

Located in Mazan at the foot of Mont Ventoux, Domaine de Fondrèche stands as one of the major references of the appellation. Sébastien Vincent conducts work of great precision there, founded on the faithful expression of altitude terroirs and demanding viticulture, widely committed to organic practices. The clay-limestone soils, swept by the mistral and tempered by the cool nights of Ventoux, offer the wines tension, purity and aromatic brightness.

Altineo Blanc 2025 perfectly illustrates this identity. An assemblage of carefully selected southern grape varieties, it is vinified with delicacy to preserve the natural freshness of the fruit and the fineness of the aromas. Controlled fermentation and precise ageing bring balance and depth without ever masking the energy of the vintage.

The nose opens onto notes of crisp white fruits, ripe citrus and fresh flowers, underpinned by a subtly aniseed and mineral touch. On the palate, the attack is lively and direct, carried by fine tension and elegant weight. The finish, saline and persistent, underlines the influence of the calcareous terroirs and the freshness of altitude.

A precise and luminous white Ventoux, to drink now for its aromatic brightness, yet capable of holding in the cellar for 3 to 5 years. Ideal as an aperitif, with grilled fish, shellfish, roasted vegetables or delicate Mediterranean cuisine.
