The terroir and vines

The vines are planted on the chalky and clay-limestone soils typical of Ludes, one of the finest terroirs of the Montagne de Reims. They benefit from meticulous care and an environmentally respectful approach, to reveal the singular character of each parcel. This Coteaux Champenois is made predominantly from Chardonnay, the magical grape of the Montagne de Reims. Vinification is conducted with rigour, to preserve the purity of the fruit and the natural tension brought by chalk. The ageing, discreet and perfectly integrated, guides the wine toward greater depth and complexity without altering its identity.

Tasting profile

The nose reveals fine aromas of white fruits and pleasant toasted notes, lifted by floral nuances and a subtle chalky character.
