Twelve years and nine months on lees reveal the full complexity of this Champagne from Maison Tarlant.
Champagne Le Triumvirat 2009 Brut Nature from Maison Tarlant is a rare and characterful cuvée, born from an exceptional vintage and made without dosage, in purest respect for wine and terroir.
An assembly of the three Champagne varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this cuvée embodies the free, precise and demanding vision of Maison Tarlant. The nose is deep and complex, marked by notes of ripe fruit, candied citrus, dried fruit and fine toasty and spicy touches.
The palate is ample, structured and taut, carried by vinous substance, a fine bubble and remarkable energy. The finish is long, saline and persistent, revealing all the nobility of the vintage and the precision of unaided winemaking. A great gastronomic Champagne, powerful and elegant, for lovers of characterful cuvées and blessed with excellent ageing potential.
