Bourgogne Aligoté Antichtone 2023 Domaine Benoit Ente

A rare and refined expression of Aligoté, the Antichtone cuvée 2023 signed by Benoît Ente pushes the boundaries of this emblematic Burgundy grape. Born from old vines cultivated with precision and soil respect, it reveals the full nobility of a vigneron's work centred on purity and sincerity.

The nose seduces with aromas of preserved lemon, white flowers and damp stone. On the palate, the texture is taut, direct and sculpted, carried by vibrant minerality. The balance between freshness and depth gives the wine remarkable length and energy.

This Bourgogne Aligoté will pair beautifully with oysters, sea bream carpaccio or fine seasonal vegetable tart.

A great terroir white, luminous and precise, where Benoît Ente demonstrates that Aligoté can rival the finest expressions of Chardonnay.
