Pernand-Vergelesses Les Cloux 2024 from Domaine Rollin comes from a climat situated on the heights of Pernand-Vergelesses village, at the foot of the Corton hill. This well-drained argilo-calcareous terroir, with its fine exposure, produces Chardonnays that are elegant, precise, and marked by lovely freshness.
Domaine Rollin, a family property for several generations, tends its vineyards with great care to preserve the identity of each parcel. Yields are controlled and vineyard work respects the environment. In the cellar, vinifications remain traditional with measured extractions and ageing in oak barrels that complements the wine without masking the expression of terroir.
The Pernand-Vergelesses Les Cloux blanc 2024 reveals a delicate and expressive nose with notes of citrus, stone fruits, and white flowers, completed by subtle mineral and lightly toasted nuances.
