Pernand-Vergelesses Les Cloux 2024 from Domaine Rollin comes from a climat situated on the heights of the village, at the foot of Corton hill. This well-drained argilo-calcareous terroir, with fine exposure, yields Chardonnays that are both elegant, precise and marked by beautiful freshness.
Domaine Rollin, a family property for several generations, cultivates its vines with great care to preserve the identity of each parcel. Yields are controlled and vineyard work respects the environment. In the cellar, vinification remains traditional with measured extraction and oak ageing that accompanies the wine without masking terroir expression.
The Pernand-Vergelesses Les Cloux blanc 2024 reveals a delicate and expressive nose with notes of citrus, white-fleshed fruits and white flowers, completed by subtle mineral and lightly toasted nuances.
