Tonic de Distillerie Bergamote & Gentiane en Fût Archibald is a craft tonic of real substance, built from natural ingredients and matured in wood to develop layers of flavour.
The nose is elegant and expressive, led by noble citrus notes, fresh bergamot and subtle wood touches, framed by the fine bitterness of gentian. On the palate it's structured and balanced, with delicate effervescence, good tension and refined aromatics where zesty freshness mingles with a long, elegant bitterness.
The finish lingers pleasantly with light wood notes and real refinement. A gastronomic tonic with character, wonderful with complex gins or on its own for the depth it brings.
