This new cuvée from La Favorite, 'La Part de l'Ange', honours Gabriel Etienne, who has guided production for some forty years in this family-owned distillery.
As he prepared to step back, he carefully selected his favourite vintages, which through the art of blending have given this AOC Martinique agricultural rum its singular charm. The blend draws from the vintages 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2013.
