Champagne Bouzy Grand Cru Les Parcelles from Domaine Pierre Paillard is an emblematic cuvée of the domaine, made exclusively from the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy. A harmonious blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this champagne perfectly reflects the balance between the power of the former and the finesse of the latter. The grapes come from a rigorous selection of parcels cultivated according to the principles of respectful viticulture, which values soil vitality and terroir expression.
Vinified and partly aged in wood without malolactic fermentation, Les Parcelles seduces through its aromatic precision and delicate texture. The nose reveals notes of ripe yellow fruits, fresh hazelnut and chalk, whilst the palate distinguishes itself through a fine mousse, good amplitude and perfectly integrated mineral tension.
