A pure expression of this appellation, showcasing the talent of Louis, the domaine's new owner. A real gem from Domaine Lejeune.
Pommard Les Trois Follots 2023 Domaine Lejeune

With the arrival of Louis de Belleroche and this inaugural 2023 vintage, Domaine Lejeune reveals a renewed interpretation of Pommard, one that is more precise, more lifted, without surrendering the depth that defines the village's reputation. Les Trois Follots, a well-ventilated and free-draining terroir situated at the foot of the slope, offers here a refined Pinot Noir, finely constructed, of remarkable aromatic clarity.

The nose opens onto aromas of fresh cherry, dark raspberry and violet, complemented by a whisper of soft spice and discreet minerality that adds verticality. The palate is direct and harmonious, displaying a silky but sustained texture, with finely polished tannins. The 2023 vintage brings perfectly balanced maturity, with volume but also considerable brilliance, natural energy and a long, fresh, salivating finish.

A Pommard of contemporary spirit, where precision and elegance take precedence over raw power. Enjoy it now for its aromatic brightness, or cellar it for 6 to 10 years to gain depth, complexity and textural refinement.
