Domaine Courbet is recognised for its commitment to local winemaking traditions and a respectful approach to terroir, highlighting the indigenous grape varieties and long ageings that define great Jura wines.
Crafted from Savagnin, the region's defining grape variety, this wine is aged under voile for several years without topping up, allowing the natural development of the yeast layer on the surface.
