Staying true to the founder's vision, the house selects only the finest distillates, nurturing them with care in pursuit of depth, complexity, and authenticity.
Hexanobile embodies this artisanal philosophy. This whisky honours French craftsmanship through meticulous ageing and rigorous cask selection, showcasing a rich and nuanced expression built exclusively from French malts.
On the nose, you'll find generous aromas of dried fruit, plum, date, and candied raisin, joined by cocoa, soft spice, and noble wood. The palate is full and enveloping, with silky texture and concentrated flavour. Ripe fruit, caramel, and walnut interweave with the slightly oxidative notes characteristic of extended sherry cask ageing. The finish is long and warming, leaving a lingering impression of spice and dried fruit.
