A bridge between Scotland and France, between peat and malt, from Michel Couvreur
This limited edition from Maison Michel Couvreur celebrates the perfect alliance between Scottish distilling expertise and French tradition.
The mastery of distillation yields malts of the finest quality, while the ageing tradition reveals itself in perfect balance control, a remarkable signature of the Michel Couvreur house.
This "Hyphen" edition brings together a Scottish whisky distilled in 2006 and aged 17 years in Fino and Chenin casks, alongside a French peated malt whisky from 2016, aged 8 years in a very old Moscatel cask.
Limited series of 900 bottles.
