Made from Scottish distillates then long finished in Burgundian cellars, it offers a generous and accessible reading of the house's universe, without sacrificing complexity.
The nose is expressive, marked by notes of dried fruits, hazelnut, almond and honey, accompanied by touches of ripe fruit and soft spices. The sherry influence is expressed through a light oxidative patina and beautiful aromatic roundness.
The palate is ample, supple and warm, with generous substance. It develops flavours of plum, fig, caramel, cocoa and candied fruits, supported by an elegant and well-integrated wood framework. The whole remains harmonious, with a fine gourmand sensation.
