Distilled 1st February 2015, aged 9 years in various Vin Jaune casks from the Jura sourced from Stéphane Tissot. The casks come from different appellations, Mailloche, Bruyères, Château Chalon, Spois – a concentrated expression of Savagnin. (2000 bottles of 500ml)
