Côtes du Jura Trousseau Cuvée Violette 2023 Domaine Courbet is an elegant and luminous expression of the Trousseau variety, emblematic of the Jura vineyard. Produced by Domaine Courbet, a family domaine based in Nevy-sur-Seille, this cuvée illustrates the vigneron's precise work and his commitment to offering sincere wines that remain faithful to their terroir and variety.
Made from Trousseau vines cultivated on the marly and gravelly soils of the Jura, this wine is vinified with care to preserve the aromatic finesse and natural freshness of the variety. The Cuvée Violette emphasises fruit expression, with gentle extraction and measured ageing, allowing Trousseau to reveal all its delicacy.
The nose is expressive and charming, marked by aromas of fresh red fruits, cherry, raspberry and violet, accompanied by light spicy notes. The palate is supple, juicy and well-balanced, with fine tannins, beautiful freshness and a gently peppery finish.
