A profound and delicate expression of Alsatian Pinot Noir, La Colline du Château 2022 from Domaine Weinbach reveals the finesse and precision of fine terroir-driven wine. Grown on sun-drenched slopes in biodynamic practice at the foot of Kaysersberg castle, this red marries aromatic intensity with silky texture.

The nose speaks of fresh cherry, raspberry, and peony, lifted by gentle spice and perfectly integrated oak. On the palate, the wine unfolds with elegance, carried by sculpted tannins and a mineral backbone that speaks to granite bedrock.
