The Côtes du Roussillon Au Dolmen 2019 from Mas Llossanes is a rare and expressive cuvée born above 600 metres on the foothills of Canigou. This wine embodies the domaine's quest for purity and freshness, managed in organic agriculture, where nature guides every gesture.
The nose unveils fine aromatic depth, mingling wild blackberry, blackcurrant and violet with notes of garrigue, liquorice and warm stone. On the palate, the substance shows ample and precise, carried by fine tannins and natural acidity that balance the fruit's power. The finish, long and fresh, reveals a mineral and balsamic touch that marks the great terroirs of granite and schist.
This Côtes du Roussillon will pair beautifully with grilled veal chop, lamb tagine or wild boar stew.
