A wine of excellent roundness from Domaine Vincent Bouzereau, particularly magnificent in the 2023 vintage.
Meursault 1er Cru Les Charmes 2023 Domaine Vincent Bouzereau is a great white Burgundy from one of the most emblematic Premiers Crus of Meursault, renowned for wines that are at once generous, charming and of great finesse. Domaine Vincent Bouzereau, established in the heart of the appellation, offers here a precise reading of this terroir of marl and limestone, perfectly suited to the expression of Chardonnay.
The 2023 vintage reveals an open and seductive nose, mingling white stone fruits, peach, pear, accompanied by notes of white flowers, fresh butter, hazelnut and a light toasted note. On the palate, the wine distinguishes itself through a broad and silky texture, typical of the Les Charmes climat, balanced by a fine mineral tension that brings freshness and precision. The finish, long and harmonious, leaves an impression of controlled roundness and finesse.
This Meursault 1er Cru Les Charmes is a gastronomic wine par excellence, ideal with noble fish, shellfish, creamed poultry or mushroom-based dishes. It presents excellent ageing potential, gaining in complexity over time towards aromas of honey, dried fruits and forest floor.
